VKontakte starts certification program for specialists

Vkontakte introduces a new application for managing VK communities. The VK Admin app will help administrators communicate with subscribers sending messages from iOS or Android-based mobile devices.

Using VK Admin for iOS and Android, managers will be able to switch between unlimited number of communities, and instant response notifications will help stay in touch with clients at any time. In the iOS version, administrators can also create templates for commonly used phrases. The Android app allows full management of a community: updating visual designs, assigning and removing administrators, keeping track of statistics, adding and editing items for sale, etc.

Statistics say that about 15 million users per month send messages in Vkontakte communities to contact companies, and administrators were really looking forward to the opportunity of getting instant notifications and responding from mobile devices.

Business tools on Vkontakte are rapidly developing. Specialists do not always catch up with the new changes, which influence advertising campaigns. The VK team started a certification program for those who work in the sphere of social media advertising.

Only Ad administrators in Vkontakte can take the test: it requires experience in conducting ad campaigns with the use of all the tools, as well as knowledge of the advertising law, ethics and web analytics. Thus, everyone taking the test will be able to see how competent they are.
