To identify a non-original site, this algorithm evaluates whether the site has its own valuable functionality or content, how high the visual similarity to the original resource, etc. If the filter is applied, the site loses its rankings.

To remove the restriction, the website should no longer confuse the users or remove the obvious similarities with the popular site. The algorithm will trace the changes and the restriction will be gone within a month. Yandex Support Service reports that it checks all sites in turn and all violators will be affected.
